Here's the info. They started it in the 80's with a focus on Francophone music, and it's expanded somewhat but still really Francophone - lots of West Africans. And it's FREE!
So I have a fantasy of subletting my apartment to rich white Jazz Festers and heading to Lafayette for a long weekend of international fun.
